    • Once hired, within 24 hours we list your property in over 225 rental sites including Trulia, Zillow, Rentals.com, and many more.
    • In addition, applicants go through a complete screening process, which consists of a criminal background check, employment check, income verification, credit check, and eviction history check through Experian.
    • All tenants are required to have 1st month, last month, and a minimum 1-month security deposit upon being accepted. Our meticulous screening process and approval requirements, including the monies we collect prior to move-in has a major impact in reducing evictions.
    • We are one of the few in the industry that can say that we’ve had ZERO evictions in 2015! Why? Because we’re not in a race to place a bad tenant in your home or lower the rental amount below market value just to get it rented quicker.
